 I have almost finished to package a Glom standalone packaged Mac OS X
 application.
 It works rather well and with Murray Cummings the lead developper a lot of
 bugs has been corrected.
 It does support PostGIS to enable geodatas management.

 If you are interested, I can post a link there later once it will be
 updated to include the corrections.

 It just a dev proof of concept, but it begins to be usable. If some other
 are interested to help on it, that's ok.
