 For completeness (I assume this file was autogenerated), but other things
 in Config_heavy.pl that include fstack-protector-strong are ccflags,
 cppflags, ldflags, ccflags_nolargefiles, and ldflags_nolargefiles.
 Removing -fstack-protector-strong from all those lines enables
 String::CRC32 to install.
