 For El Capitan (10.11.3, Xcode 7.2.1) {{{netcdf +gcc5}}} is broken: ncdump
 from {{{netcdf +gcc5}}} gives signal 11 on simple NetCDF4-CF files, but
 works reliably on 10.6.8 and 10.9.5.
