 Greetings:

 That did fix the error. I do not see Xcode 7.3 as an option. One thing to
 note is that I hit this bug in Xcode 7.2 sometime back and did the fix
 mentioned here. It must have reverted with the update to 7.2.1. Please
 close the ticket. Thank you for your help and I'm sorry for not paying
 more attention to this error and the Problem Hotlist.
