 First of all, thank you for your fast forwanding straight into the
 MacPorts!

 Now to your remarks:

 1. cmake.out_of_source yes... It works!
 2. Licence is: MIT X11 License
 3. The test are failing, because they search for the libvigraimpex in
 /opt/local/lib, where it hasn't been installed yet. Since this is not a a
 high priority, we should leave it as is. Btw, I ran all of the tests
 successfully after installing the port.
