 The ecj-4.9.jar file isn't kept on the ftp.gnu.org ftp server but at
 ftp://sourceware.org/pub/java/ecj-4.9.jar. Alternatively, you can get it
 from the gcc.gnu.org ftp server at ftp://gcc.gnu.org/pub/java/ecj-4.9.jar.
