 Can I suggest we wait and see if upstream make a new ROOT5 release (which
 based on an email discussion I had with Pere sounds like they are happy to
 do). If that is to come soon, I would rather just wait for that.

 ( Note there is a third workaround option, which is to install using one
 of the clang variants... )
