Comment:

 According to the announcement https://www.imagemagick.org/discourse-
 server/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=29588 the security issue was fixed in
 ImageMagick 7.0.1-1 and 6.9.3-10.  However this patch upgrades to 6.9.3-9.
 Should this be upgraded to 6.9.3-10?  Also what is needed to update to the
 current version 7.0.1-1?
