 This type of problem was reported before; see #45585. Are there files in
 /opt/local/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.7/lib/python2.7
 /site-packages/Cython whose names end with ".mp_*" where "*" is a bunch of
 numbers? If so, delete those files; they are the result of forcibly
 activating a port, and apparently Cython misbehaves when they exist.
