 qhull 2015.2 caused the following to rebuild on my machines:

 octave-devel-release (thus also octave, octave-devel, and octave-devel-
 rc), plplot510 (also plplot), and py-matplotlib.

 Other packages that depend on qhull are:

 ipe, libpcl, palapeli, and solid

 These may also need a revision bump.
