 This patch updates the port file to version 2.1.1 of the seqan-apps
 port.[[BR]]
 Following changes are included:
 * Adding BSD-3 and GPL-3 to included licenses
 * Changing maintainer from david.weese to rene.rahn (as with the seqan
 2.1.1 port)
 * Blacklist all gcc compilers
 * Fallback to  macports-clang-4.8 or higher, due to added openMP support.
