 * Change `mirror_sites` to
 `https://files.pythonhosted.org/packages/source/:nosubdir`
 * Change livecheck to use
 `https://pypi.python.org/pypi/${livecheck.name}/json` and adjust

 * Modify python packages to use `pypi` for `master_sites`
