 Should be fixed in r148693.

 I think the problem was that the dmd-bootstrap version was set at too high
 a level.[[BR]]
 By default, dmd uses version 2.068.2 to build itself (HOST_DMD_VER).[[BR]]
 Using 2.068.2 for dmd-bootstrap seems to work.

 I can take over maintainership for the time being, especially to support
 recent changes.[[BR]]
 I am currently evaluating the D language for a small project, but we have
 not decided whether or not to use it.[[BR]]
 If we decide to use another language, however, I will not use dmd on a
 regular basis, and problems will be less likely to be caught.
