 I guess the missing file on your system would be
 `/usr/lib/libgcc_s.10.5.tbd` or
 `/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/MacOSX.platform/Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.11.sdk/usr/lib/libgcc_s.10.5.tbd`.
 I am not sure where the compiler/linker will search for these. In any
 case, these files are supposed to be installed with Xcode and the OS X
 SDKs according to pkgutil.

 Make sure you have the latest Xcode and latest Command Line Tools.
