 ffmpegthumbs rebuilt using +ffmpeg3 as default variant in r148826[[BR]]
 gegl-devel updated to latest git master using 3.0.2 in r148827[[BR]]
 MP4Joiner additional build fix committed in r148836[[BR]]
 synfig rebuilt with version 3.0.2 in r148842

 All dependents now rebuilt successfully except VLC (#50697)
