 Did you run {{{sudo port sync}}} after the patch was committed? The patch
 should work for all versions of OS X, Snow Leopard and older.

 If not do that and then rub {{{sudo port clean gnutls}}} before {{{sudo
 port upgrade gnutls}}}.
