 When using `rsvg-convert`, specifying width -w, height -h, or zoom factors
 -x / -y are expected to scale the output.

 This is broken in the current version, which instead changes the canvas
 size without scaling the image.

 Debian at least has removed this commit until the issue is fixed upstream:
 it would be nice if macports can do the same.
