 This was in response to me noticing that http://search.cpan.org/dist
 /Attribute-Handlers/ lists 0.96 as the latest version, while
 http://api.metacpan.org/release/Attribute-Handlers says it's 0.99.

 So if we do change things, we should better rely on metacpan ...
