New description:

 The last update of p5-mytop on CPAN has been in 2002.

 The website http://jeremy.zawodny.com/mysql/mytop/ lists some further
 updates from 2007 (version 1.6), but it says the modules only works with
 MySQL up to 4.x (no mention of version 5).

 It disappeared from metacpan.

 I would suggest to retire this port unless someone objects.
