 Yeah, looks like the author released a HTML::Format 2.12 2015-10-10 and
 renamed it to HTML::Formatter 2015-10-12 (with a non-TRIAL release
 2015-10-13) :-\

 We should probably do a new port mark this replaced-by p5-html-formater.

 I don't have time to look at this today, but it's an openmaintainer port
 so if you do have time, please feel free to fix things.
