New description:

 The port p5-pgtop seems to be missing from metacpan. It has been a long
 time since the software has last been updated and apparently it still
 needs some mysql bindings. The git repository (with an otherwise active
 developer, but apparently the code wasn't touched for 8 years) is here,
 but I'm not sure if the software still works:
   * https://github.com/cosimo/perl5-pgtop

 The maintainer who introduced this port retired (r82782).

 Debian seems to package some unrelated software under this name:
   * https://packages.debian.org/sid/misc/pgtop
