 Highly relates to #50608.

 Feel free to create proper package selectors for Jupyter.

 PS. I'm still don't understand how to properly handle case when several
 Jupyter packages selected with different python versions. For example, if
 selected `py35-notebook`, then execution of `jupyter-2.7 notebook` will
 effectively spawn `jupyter-notebook` from py35 branch.
