Comment (by ken-cunningham-webuse):

 I don't have it on my system, but apparently some do -- at some point
 someone suggested modifying Availability.h as a fix to some issue, and at
 least a few people did that.

 They would likely be the ones having the __SWIFT_UNAVAILABLE_MSG error
 now, I would postulate.
