 Mark, the git version compiles fine with clang with openmp! The relevant
 patch is here: https://git.skewed.de/count0/graph-
 tool/commit/503ec869a325b36adeb1ba1756a3d46a13396d9c

 But I'm not sure it will apply cleanly to 2.18.
