 After further research into this port it appears that it has been
 discontinued as a separate entity and superseded by fwbuilder itself whose
 port to MacPorts was never completed.  See
 https://trac.macports.org/ticket/1869.

 I propose to just go ahead and remove this obsolete glib1 implementation.
 fwbuilder can be ported if and when there is demand for it.
