 avahi has depended on py27-pygtk (instead of py27-gtk) since
 changeset:397d9fad874b9ff907119e7bc387192d2fb01b7c/macports-ports (in
 December 2012)

 py*-gtk ports were removed in
 changeset:bb28b571107381bdaf7031258f9e44bedd3bb0fe/macports-ports (in
 August 2014)

 I think your ports are out of date, as the warning says.
