 That shouldn't be the case, since the revision of py-pyicu was increased
 at the same time that icu was updated to version 55 in
 changeset:6032184d7ec722e6245c376f2dcbb53bca0399dd/macports-ports

 Note that your error is coming from
 /Users/vb/Library/Python/3.4/lib/python/site-packages/_icu.so. That file
 is not provided by MacPorts; you have a private copy of pyicu built
 outside of MacPorts, and it's that private copy of pyicu that has the
 problem, not the one in MacPorts.
