 The web server handles thousands of 404 requests every day for apple-
 touch-icon-precomposed.png and apple-touch-icon.png. We can avoid that by
 creating a proper Apple touch icon (or icons, if we want to offer multiple
 sizes) and adding a `<link>` tag referring to it. Then MaxCDN will cache
 it and our web server won't have to handle so many requests.
