 Should we extend the [https://github.com/raimue/macports-
 base/blob/master/src/port1.0/portutil.tcl#L3193 Xcode version check] with
 an additional check if the CommandLineTools match the Xcode version? Note
 that this would not have helped for this selfupdate problem, as it is only
 checked on port builds, but users would at least be warned at some point.
