 gmx has an SPF policy that ends with -all indicating that they don't want
 you to be able to use a mailing list in the 'normal' way. I'm not sure if
 mailman checks for just this SPF case - but an appropriate
 dmarc_moderation_action might be able to help workaround it (all of the
 options are bad, however).
