 This appears to the same issue as reported against gtk3 @3,22,0 in #52468.
 Almost certainly a consequence of the current toolchain issues on 10.5
 ppc. Please refer to that ticket for a more detailed discussion of the
 problem and possible solutions (or lack of them currently).
