 I stopped using the release tarballs since it's the 2nd time in the last 3
 releases that files are missing from the tarball that make the build fail,
 so it's just easier to build from the tag instead.

 Hopefully this release should fix #52460 and make the port buildable again
 on pre-10.7 versions.
