Comment:

 Ok, I resolved the problems that I was having on this end.  Apparently,
 with the 3.22.0 update of gtk3, the default gtk3 settings have changed.
 Removing the old settings under ~/.config/gtk3 fixed the problem.

 Committed in r153502 with modifications
   * added maintainer openmaintainer as requested
   * removed broken explicit livecheck, this is handled automatically by
 the github portgroup
