Comment:

 I tweaked the install_name_tool usage in r153630. Biggest question is
 whether any tweaks are needed for 10.8 or 10.9, but at least the major
 issues for 10.6 should be resolved. I'm going to go ahead and close out
 this ticket as fixed.
