 keybinder is now at version 0.3.1.

 In addition to this update, since keybinder @0.3.0, there has been a
 separate keybinder-3.0 branch that uses gtk3 with gobject-introspection
 support rather than gtk2.  It would be nice to add this to MacPorts either
 as a separate companion port or as a subport.

 Finally, the deprecated py26-keybinder subport could be removed as
 requested by petr in #49355.
