 In r153724, r153725, r153726, r153727, r153728, r153729, r153730 and
 r153731 the daemondo dependency was removed from the mysql ports by adding
 a launchd plist to the portfiles. These ports should be enhanced to
 respect the macports startupitem.install config setting.
