 As the fallback implementation has already been [http://llvm.org/viewvc
 /llvm-project?view=revision&revision=283988 committed to libc++abi trunk]
 and will be released at some point (probably in 4.0), I think backporting
 it would be a waste of time. It would be more useful to sort out the build
 issues with 3.9, since those will have to be addressed for 4.0 anyway.
