Comment (by leonardo.schenkel@…):

 Check `/opt/local/share/p11-kit/modules` or
 `/opt/local/etc/pkcs11/modules`. To disable modules that are present in
 one of these locations you may open the file and comment out the `module:`
 line or you may create an override file with the same name in
 `~/.config/pkcs11/modules` and that file should have a `module:` line with
 an empty value (check the manual at
 https://p11-glue.freedesktop.org/doc/p11-kit/pkcs11-conf.html for more
 info).

 Disable all modules besides OpenSC and re-enable one by one until you find
 the offending module.
