Comment:

 The fallback is defined in
 [browser:trunk/dports/_resources/port1.0/fetch/mirror_sites.tcl?rev=153610#L303
 _resources/port1.0/fetch/mirror_sites.tcl], so it is not actually a issue
 with base.
