 I've updated MyPaint-devel to the latest development version of MyPaint
 that still included libmypaint in r154008, but based on
 [https://github.com/mypaint/mypaint/issues/683 upstream bug 683] I don't
 believe that's new enough to be libmypaint 1.3.0.
