 Yes, I understand the argument, but there's also the question of
 maintainership. It's simply easier for Nicos and for me to do bulk changes
 (or only their search part) if we can limit the scope of such operations
 on a single directory.
 I don't see any arguments why using a single bulk directory would make
 anything easier for us.

 Of course I don't know what arguments there might be against creating a
 new public category/directory but I cannot think of any that outweigh
 maintainer convenience.
