 No change yet.  I see on github that I am now part of the Developer Team
 both in the organization area and in my personal profile.  I can log into
 and out of trac.  But not able to edit ticket descriptions or change most
 properties.  For instance, on this ticket, in the Modify Ticket menu, I
 only see `leave as closed` and `reopen`.

 I see that github has many levels of access.  Could it be a github
 permissions issue?
