 Hi Ryan,

 as proposed in ticket #52691 I made a patch for tigervnc portfile to
 update from version 1.5 to 1.7. The patches remained the same. I tested
 this on El Capitan. I could not change the keywords in that ticket to
 indicate that there is a patch available. Therefore I made a new ticket.
