 It looks like the cause of the problem is deadlocking in OpenSSL engine,
 as SoftHSMv2 and OpenSSL engine ''both'' use OpenSSL locking mechanism...

 Not sure what the role of p11-kit is here, besides just enabling the
 problem by making SoftHSMv2 available and able to cause this deadlock.
