IDLE is part of Python. I've seen this problem too, where some files
inside IDLE.app remain, even after uninstalling the applicable Python
port. I don't know why this happens...
If you look in /Applications/MacPorts, you should see one or more folders
whose names start with "Python". Inside these, you might find the
IDLE.app. If so, you can remove it. If you've uninstalled all of MacPorts,
you should be able to delete the entire /Applications/MacPorts folder.
