 This application hasn't been updated in a long time (about 2010). The
 present version on macports tries to build the 2006 version, which was
 written against an earlier version of libpng and fails due to the same
 opaque structure update issue as affected other ports when libpng was
 updated to 1.5. <https://trac.macports.org/ticket/35949>.

 There is no port maintainer, but even if there were, I'm not certain if
 upstream is still interested in maintaining this application, given the
 length of time since the last update.  There is a slightly newer "RC"
 version of the source from 2010 that looks to have the same libpng code,
 so looks like it would fail to build too. Given the lack of macports bug
 reports on it, perhaps no-one is too interested in this port any longer?

 The application can at present still be downloaded in compiled form at
 <http://heanet.dl.sourceforge.net/project/criticalmass/Critical%20Mass/1.0.2/CriticalMass-1.0.2a.dmg>.

 I note this info here in case anyone else tries to install this one.
