 The utf8proc port seems quite outdated; the attached patch updates it to
 the latest version, and switches the port to downloading it from its new
 home at GitHub. The only port that depends on libutf8proc is ‘msort’, but
 it has no package and I couldn't get the dependancies to compile, anyway.
