 The guts of this patch is from https://gist.github.com/mtigas/5969597 and
 in turn that comes from the headers apple ships but reformatted
 /System/Library/Frameworks/Security.framework/Headers/CipherSuite.h

 This should be reformatted as a patch to just the file ssl/ssl.enums so it
 can be managed separately (and with attribution). I will add this to my
 to-do list after I have checked if Sierra includes any extra cyphers.
