 This bug was reported to the developers 18 months ago here:
 https://github.com/niklasso/minisat/issues/22

 They have not fixed it but a fix has been suggested here:
 https://github.com/niklasso/minisat/pull/27/commits/26b58cf1c7ffcb6c3916a4cd3c851586c1185e92
