Comment:

 It is known that Pallet does not build with Xcode 5 or later; search the
 existing tickets.

 The CoreSimulator message you're getting is different and reminds me of
 the problem described at ProblemHotlist#xcode7.2 though that should only
 happen with Xcode 7.2 and on Sierra you need Xcode 8 or later so you
 shouldn't see that same problem.
